IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY MATERIALS

In order to submit your music and/or artistic materials ("Submission") to Positive Flight Productions Inc. ("Company"), you must agree to the terms below. This Submission Release Form protects both you (the “Artist”) and the Company. By signing and submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Submission

You are voluntarily submitting your materials to the Company without any promise or expectation of compensation, employment, or a contract. You acknowledge the Company is not soliciting your submission and has no obligation to review, use, or respond.

2. No Obligation or Confidentiality

The Company is not under any obligation to:

  • Use your materials
  • Provide feedback
  • Enter into any agreement

You acknowledge your submission is not confidential, and the Company is free to receive similar or identical materials from other sources.

3. Ownership & Rights

You affirm that:

  • You are the sole and exclusive owner of the submitted materials, or you have full legal rights to submit them.
  • Your submission does not infringe upon any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.

Your submission does not transfer ownership or rights to the Company. All rights remain with you unless a separate, written agreement is executed.

4. No Compensation

You understand and agree that no compensation is due to you for the submission or for any use of similar materials independently developed by the Company.

5. Waiver of Claims

You hereby release the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims arising from your submission, including but not limited to:

  • Claims of breach of confidentiality
  • Claims of similarity to your submission
  • Claims for compensation

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
